Note from Jan:

I’ve been in sales, management and coaching for 32 years now.  Woo!  Hard to believe!

During that time, I’ve been on burned out teams and top performing teams.  I’ve been on teams led by managers who should be ashamed.  And by some who belong in the leadership hall of fame.

I’ve been an immature, clueless, worn out, rotten leader with rotten results from a worn out, frustrated team.  And have been an effective one who has the clarity, direction and focus needed to inspire and lead a team to peak performance.

Now I love sharing that experience with other leaders.  Helping them clarify direction, focus on their goals and find fun, inspiring ways to lead their teams to success.

My “perfect client” is someone who:

Does this sound like you?

If so,  I may be the “perfect coach” for you.

If you would like to explore further,  contact me and we’ll  schedule a time to talk by telephone.    I’d love to hear about your goals, dreams and challenges and then we can decide if we’re a good – if not perfect –  match.  if we aren’t, I can refer you to someone else.

There is no charge for this “discovery” session.   And no obligation.   So – there is nothing to lose and much to gain.

I hope to talk with you soon,

Jan

What others say about the value of working with Jan as a coach?

Dear Jan,

Thank you very much for all of your help over the last eight months.  I feel very fortunate to have had the opportunity to be coached by you.  I have to admit that I was a skeptic, but I have seen direct benefit from our sessions.  I believe that the skills and techniques you have taught me are making me a better manager and salesperson.  Thank you again for your help.

Kind Regards,

Megan Montgomery
