Answer to   Brainteaser of the Week #37

Do you see an old woman?  If so, give yourself 25 points.

Do you see a young woman?  If so, give yourself 25 points.

Do you see an old woman AND a young woman?  If so, give yourself 100 points!!!

Many people can ONLY see the young woman.

Many can ONLY see the old woman.

And many, even if they’ve seen the picture and KNOW the answer, have a hard time shifting between the two images.

 

 

 

Need help?  

  • The old woman’s eye is the young woman’s ear.
  • The old woman’s wart is the young woman’s nose.
  • The old womans nose is the young woman’s chin.

It’s a great example of people looking at the exact same thing but seeing different things.  It takes “new eyes” to see the other view.
