10 Mistake Management Mistakes

This week’s Quick List* is written in support and celebration of Mistake Management Month.

Our definition of mistake is broad.  It could be a late delivery or faulty product to an external customer.  Or simply a long wait at check out.  Or it could be an internal error.  Or a PR snafu.

Most people try hard not to make mistakes but of course, we all do.   I believe every business should have a mistake management plan in place.  One that fosters MASTERFUL mistake management.
