By the way – have you moved your clocks forward? FYI…that should have been done last week. It’s okay if you’ve been living an hour behind because we know it’s been a long, cold winter. But now that Spring is here, it’s time to get moving, to transform, to start fresh.

- What’s holding us back, keeping us stuck, preventing us from moving forward?
