Little Hops

In a recent survey, readers shared the obstacles that get in the way of making their goals.

Things like time, energy, money, courage and other commitments.

That’s a big enough list to make most of us give up before we even begin.

Unless – well – whatever it is you really want , do you really want it? 

Why? What good will it do?

Why do you want to …

…lose 50 pounds?

…run 50 miles?

…get 50 new clients?

…get rid of 50 files or 50 piles?

…design 50 ads?

…write 50 pages?

Whatever the number, whatever it is you want –

What good will it do?

Still want it?

Really?

But you just haven’t taken the leap?

Still stuck on the log – frozen with fear – paralyzed with procrastination?

Then I dare you – double dare you to …

…lose one pound.

…run one mile or just one block.

…contact one prospect.

…toss one file or one pile.

…design one ad.

…write one page.
