Quote of the Week: On Bottom Line Performance

Some of you have said things like, “Fools, Frogs and Baseball?  Oh PLEASE!  How can I even CONSIDER that kind of stuff when I’m hanging on to my business (or job) for dear life?  I need RESULTS.   Bottom line results.”

We hear you.  Many of us are in that position.  And for most of us, it’s harder than ever to get the results we need.  Performance is critical.   And THAT makes it more important than ever to pay close attention to morale and productivity.  Because  – well you know what dips in both can do.   They INTERFERE with our efforts, cutting into our POTENTIAL and lowering PERFORMANCE, bottom line results, that might have been.
