Most every manager we work with wants to Be a Better Manager. And that’s because they really care about what they do and with whom they do it.
They tend to set aggressive goals that they really want and need to meet, so much of our work focuses on helping them and their teams Get 2 Goal.
Most all of them are Serious About Service and they want us to help them design and implement strategies for delivering extraordinary service to all of their stakeholders.
And then – many of them feel they have 2 Little Time and want us to help them maximize their use of it.
When we work with managers on a long-term basis, we usually touch on all four of these areas.
