“Thanks for sending your news letter. After reading it, I decided to go talk to our IT department about what I considered to be a dumb rule. It isn't fixed, but at least I've shared and there's going to be an escalation to upper management. Sign me up for your next one.” KG
“Your timing is wonderful. I have had a recent "spinning out of control" moment ...or was it a day...or maybe a full week !! I recently decided to put my gym time on my calendar and guard it with my life, because my life (or the quality of it) indeed does depend on keeping my weight and blood pressure under control ! I will treat these "appointments" as if they were doctor's appointments., not to be missed !” LB
“Thank you for the message, Jan! I have already begun taking my time back. I drove through the "country" on the way to work this morning “ MG

“You sent this at just the right time.....just when I'm feeling more backed up than O'Hare airport you remind me to stop and smell the poinsettas.....every card may not be sent or present wrapped when the guests arrive (tomorrow), but just enjoy the time spent with family and friends....I'll try to keep telling myself this each night before I go to bed at 3am! “ KT
“I want to share this with my daughter. She is in 6th grade and wants to go on a school trip which includes staying overnight. But sometimes she gets anxious and the butterflies in her stomach make her think she is sick and the spiral starts. So maybe that imagine of staying on the accelerator could be of help! Thanks for another thought-provoking article.” K

“Love getting these! The latest ham operator story is strong Your thoughts are a big help.” GM
“Great newsletter this month. I LOVE articles and stories relating to customer service. I've been self-employed for 8 years and have always strived to deliver the best customer service possible. Although I've had my share of mistakes and dropped balls, I'm proud to say that on many occassions my customers have complimented me for going "the extra mile.
Hearing stories of similar experiences from other business owners just reconfirms what I've believed even when I used to work for someone else... There's no substitute for good customer service. The rewards and dividends never cease to amaze me and it's the BEST form of advertising in business today. Thanks, Jan, for continuing to deliver an informative and impressive newsletter. I look forward to your next issue. Keep up the good work! Mike
