Business Class Coaching Programs are for people going after big goals, seeking better performance and better results. Better business…better.

Molly is one of these people. Here is her story – in bullets.

And then there is Zack.

Stan says…

Most of our clients are going after big goals.

Some of them hired us as soon as the goal was set.

Others didn’t even know about us until they hit a performance hindering shortage of resources…things like time, energy, space, know-how …and decided to seek help.

Though it’s usually a bit easier if we start at the beginning…we love jumping in at any point.

And then what? What do we do to help?

We help you focus, progress and achieve.

How?

We meet with our clients for 45 -60 minutes each week for three to six months – longer if it’s a bigger and more complex goal. The approach and the tools we use during that six month period depend on the situation, the goal, the resources and the individuals involved. We might suggest some reading. Or a workshop. Or an assessment such as DISC, 360 Degree Feedback or a Time Management Profile.

And overall we provide focus, so that you (and your team) can progress, achieve and celebrate your success. And have “the tools” to do it all over again…the benefits far outweighing the costs.

What does it cost?

For a three month coaching package, the fee is between $1800 and $3,000.

For a six month coaching package, the fee is between $3,600 and $6,000.

And the return on investment is much much greater. For more on this, see the comments below.

For those who are ready, this is a powerful lever for success.

If you are ready, please contact us. We’d love to help you achieve your goals!

Comments from Clients:

“Your coaching is an investment for me. It is so helpful that I cannot afford to cut it. I need the guidance.”

“The best hour I spend all week is the one I spend with you.”

“You helped me reduce my major concern to a very manageable size.”

“You LISTEN before offering advice. After offering advice, you try to make sure it’s on course with the problem/issue at hand. And you have a way of putting the responsibility to act/change on my shoulders, instead of letting me transfer it to another person.”

“Thank you for the thought and effort that you put into our sessions. I always come away from them with some new ideas and challenges.”

“During our sessions, you make me feel like my situation is the most important thing in your world.”

“I trust your judgment. Your are honest and direct with me; will share the bad news as well as the good news with me. This is very important to me. I need to hear what I need to work on, so I can improve my management skills.”

“You listen so well. When you listen, it is clear you absorb it as well. It feels great to feel heard. Then you help me with a structure, a game plan, which is simple and easy to follow.”

“I feel I am in good, capable hands. You are very professional, very business like, non-judgmental, and sincere. There is no question that you will keep my issues confidential.”
