Business Class™ for Management Teams

In a series of team meetings, we introduce and explore each element of the success formula; take time to apply "in the field"; and then work through implementation challenges upon returning to class.

Sub-elements of the success formula include:

Participants also have the valuable opportunity of working through individual challenges with a one-on-one coach.

Best suited for management teams of 5-10.
Program Length - 48 hours + time for individual coaching.
Best delivered in segments of 3 hours each; alternating weeks for a period of 8 months.

To ensure consistent individualized attention, we only conduct this program with one organization at a time. We will be available to begin work with a new group in January 2007.
