Employed by The Village Companies 1983-1998; Graphic Artist for The Village Advocate from 1983-1998; Manager of Creative Department for The Village Advocate 1985-1992; Named a vice president of the Village Companies 1988.

Served in a volunteer capacity with The Animal Protection Society of Durham, Ronald McDonald House, PTA president, American Red Cross, Lineberger Cancer Center and the American Cancer Society.
Currently:
Working as a freelance graphic designer since 1998 developing a wide range of marketing materials for a variety of businesses. Sue is assisting Business Class Inc. with design and content materials.
Other clients include Tar Heel Sports Network, Performance Bicycles, CREE, The Big Putt, Lucent Technologies, All Kinds of Minds, Capital Opera, Atlantic Spas and Billiards and Wake Medical Center.
