This one will not be popular with many leaders, but it’s a good one for those looking for ways to save time, get to goal PLUS boost morale, productivity and overall performance.

A meeting is an event where minutes are taken and hours are wasted.

Just imagine, if we could each save one hour per week that is currently lost in unproductive meetings.  Just one hour.  A total of 52 hours  per year.  More than  two full days.

Most people could save more than one hour each week – with a few tweaks to their meeting plans and habits.

How?

Well first – how many meetings do you attend each week?  How many hours do they take?

Will you answer those two questions plus 3 more in our survey on meetings?  Here’s a link to it.

We’ll post the results here – plus a list of Tips & Tactics for reducing wasted time and increasing productive time.
