Our Very First Article: “Ready—Set—Go!”

January 22, 2010 · Filed Under Get 2 Goal · 1 Comment

Below is the first issue of what is now known as the “Business Class”  E-Zine.    The feature article, actually the only article, was entitled: “Ready—Set—Go!”   Here’s a funny thing about it.  I was petrified to send it.  It was ready.  It was set.  And then I read it and re-read it.  Over and over.  I just couldn’t push the send button.  It was my sister who finally said, “SEND IT!”   It was just the encouraging nudge or kick in the pants that I needed, after which I said, “Ready—Set—Set—Set—Go!”, and finally pushed the button.

That was January 22, 2001.  Nine years and over 100 issues and 300 articles later – perhaps it’s time to say, “Thanks, Sis!”

A big thank you as well to all for reading, commenting, questioning and suggesting ways to enhance the resources provided here for managers, business owners and individual professionals.

In year 10 and beyond,  our goal is to continue adding resources to our site so that with every visit, you find something of value.   Something instructional or inspirational that provides just the right shift, aha, nudge or kick in the pants that you need to get you closer to whatever it is that you want or want to do.

But before we go forward – let’s go back in time to January 22, 2001.   Read more
