Fight the dog days of summer by celebrating National Ice Cream Month.
Arrange for an ice cream truck to show up in your parking lot one afternoon – or lots of afternoons!
Just google “find an ice cream truck in ____(your town).”
That’s how I found this one in North Carolina.

If you don’t find one with your google search, you can always flag one down in your neighborhood and ask him/her to drive by your office one afternoon.
There are many more ways to celebrate National Ice Cream with your co-workers, your customers and your suppliers- most of them much easier to arrange than chasing an ice cream truck down the street. See our list.
Choose one of the ideas from the list – or make up your own. Celebrate simply or feel free to Super Size it like Tracey did with National Salsa Month.
Just DON’T let that Super Size story keep you on the sidelines. Jump in and make full use of the excuse to celebrate. To have fun, show appreciation and break the tension – fighting off the dog days of summer.
While it might seem like nonsense, there’s a real good chance that it will help you with some serious business like boosting productivity, morale, the economy – even customer loyalty. There is certainly wisdom in that.
